Data processing |
Clean reads were aligning to rn5 with TopHat2 (Kim et al., 2013). Gene expression levels were estimated by Cufflinks (Ghosh and Chan 2016). Genome DNA sequence and gene annotation were download from UCSC genome browser. Genome_build: rn5 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: BED format file that annotate novel lncRNAs. Tab-delimited text files include FPKM values for each Sample.
