Growth protocol
The murine RAW264.7 macrophage cell line was cultured in DMEM medium (Invitrogen, Life Technologies, Carlsbad, California) with 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS), 0.1mg/mL streptomycin (Invitrogen, Life Technologies, Carlsbad, California) and 100U/mL penicillin (Invitrogen, Life Technologies, Carlsbad, California).
