Status Public on Apr 07, 2004
Title pbmc 2C
Sample type RNA

Source name pbmcs
Organism Homo sapiens
Extracted molecule total RNA

Description PBMCs were separated from whole blood immediately following 1 hour of recovery from exercise. RNA was extracted using a Quiagen RNeasy Midi columns. Targets were produced using standard Affymetrix procedures from about 10ug of total RNA. In this samples, pbmcs from three young healthy males were analyzed. This sample is also known as RECOVERY 2C.
Keywords = Homo sapiens, pbmcs, genomic profile of exercise induced changes in gene expression in pbmcs
