Treatment protocol Lentivirus (MOI=5) was introduced to neurons after they had attached on the dish
Growth protocol 500,000 neurons were seeded on 12-well poly-L-lysine-coated tissue culture dishes and cultured in Neurobasal media with B27 supplement for two weeks.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was extracted with RLT buffer, followed by clean-up and DNase I treatment with QIAGEN RNeasy mini kit in accordance with the prescribed protocol provided with the kit. Quality control was performed with Agilent Bioanalyser.
Label biotin
Label protocol Biotin-labeled cRNA were prepared using the Illumina TotalPrep RNA Amplification Kit (Ambion Inc.) from 500ng of total RNA.
 
Hybridization protocol 1.5ug of biotin-labeled cRNA were hybridized on the Illumina Mouse WG-6 version 2 beadchip according to Manufacturer’s instruction (Illumina, Inc., San Diego, CA)
Scan protocol Beadchips were washed and stained according to Manufacturer’s instruction and scanned using Illumina BeadArray Reader (Illumina, Inc., San Diego, CA)
