Nutrients: Osmocote Plus mini containing 16%N 8%P 11%K and 2% micronutrients (100ml/m3 soil)
Water: When necesssary. Soil was never let to completely dry.
Data processing The data were analysed using Affymetrix Microarray Suite 5.0 (MAS5)
