Arabidopsis seedlings were cold treated at 0 °C for 24 h in growth chamber (16-h day length at 70% relative humidity).

Growth protocol |
Seeds were sterilized with 70% ethanol, 0.05% Triton X-100 for 10 min and then washed with 95% ethanol, 0.05% Triton X-100 for 10 min, with 95% ethanol was for 10 min. A final washed with ddH2O for 3times, put into ddH2O in 4°C 48h. Seeds were sown on deep Petri plates with semisolid MS germination medium (Mock), added aza-dC and/or TSA. All seedlings kept in a growth chamber (16 h light and 8 h darkness, 70% relative humidity, 23 °C) for 16 days before being harvested.
