Description |
Cells were extracted from spleen and dissociated into single splenocytes. An mPDCA-1+ fraction was obtained through separation with monoclonal anti-mouse mPDCA-1 antibodies coupled to magnetic beads using a MACS cell separator system (Miltenyi Biotech).
