750ng of labelled cRNAs were hybridized to the Illumina mouse arrays for 16 hours at 58°C and the arrays were washed and stained according to the Illumina Wash Protocol

The mouse chips were scanned using BeadArray Scanner 500GX and the images were analyzed using GenomeStudio Gene Expression v 1.9.0
