DMSO (1 µl) was added to cell culture with 1 ml of medium. Similarly, 1 µl of 1 mM UF010 was added to the final concentration of 1 µM. Cells were cultured for 24 hours after treatment.

MDA-MB-231 cells were seeded in a well in a 6-well plate and cultured in complete DMEM medium for 24 hours
