Treatment protocol |
Single cells were dissociated from MCF7 spheres and treated with 10nM phtpp or dpn in triplicates for 48h. Monolayer MCF7 adherent cells were treated with 10nM dpn in triplicates for 48h.

MCF7 spheres were cultured in the selective medium for 3 generations. MCF7 adherent cultures were maitained in white DMEM supplied with 5%FBS

Data processing |
Gene level normalization was done using Robust MultiChip Analysis (RMA) algorithm in Affymetrix Expression Console. Differentially expressed genes between treatment groups were identified by one-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) of preprocessed data in Affymetrix Trancriptome Analysis Console, including genes with±1.2 fold change, P-value of <0.05 and known gene annotation.
