Description Local background was removed from the raw signals with the Bioplot software (Biochips Platform, INSA Toulouse, France, http://biopuce.insa-toulouse.fr). Spots with intensities below the detection threshold were discarded. Detection threshold was defined as the mean intensity plus two standard deviations of empty spots. Data were normalized by the all spot’s mean with Bioplot software.
