PBMCs from CIS patient after IFNb-1a in-vivo treatment
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
tissue: PBMCs treatment: after IFNb-1a in-vivo treatment
Treatment protocol |
6x107 PBMCs were separated from 6 CIS patients at baseline and after 12 months of IFNb-1a (44 ug s.q. tiw) treatment.
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted using a Rneasy kit according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Label |
Biotin
Label protocol |
Biotinylated cRNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol from 7 ug total RNA.
Hybridization protocol |
15 ug of cRNA was used for gene array hybridization. Arrays were hybridized for 16 hours at 45oC in the GeneChip® Hybridization Oven 640.The arrays were washed and stained with R-phycoerythrin streptavidin in the GeneChip® Fluidics Station 400.
Scan protocol |
The arrays were scanned with the Hewlett Packard GeneArray Scanner.
Data processing |
Affymetrix GeneChip® Microarray Suite 5.0 software
