Treatment protocol Cells were cultured in fresh medium for 24 h, after which the medium was removed and the cells were grown in medium containing IFNγ (50 U/ml, R&D Systems, Minneapolis, USA ) for additional 24h.
Growth protocol TC-1/A9 cells were maintained in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% FCS, 2 mM L-glutamine and antibiotics, cultured at 37°C in a humidified atmosphere with 5% CO2.
