Data processing |
The data were analyzed with DNA-Chip Analyzer (dChip) 2010.01 software. Arrays were normalized with the invariant set normalization method and gene-level expression was determined by summarizing the multiple probes across the gene (median of 26 probes per gene) into a single gene level-probe set expression, using model-based expression analysis with perfect match-only model.
