Title Fetal calf 260 days, ST_C107, rep2
Sample type RNA

Channel 1
Source name Fetal calf 260 days, ST_C107
Organism Bos taurus
Characteristics INRA95, Fetal calf 260 days p.c., Double-Muscled
Extracted molecule total RNA
Label Cy3

Channel 2
Source name Pool of 21 samples (ST muscle )
Organism Bos taurus
Characteristics Pool of 16 samples of 24 months charolais heifers and of 5 samples of charolais fetal calf aged 260 days (ST muscle )
Extracted molecule total RNA
Label Cy5

Description Semitendinosus (ST) muscle from INRA95 fetal calf at 260 days of gestation (male). The animal is a homozygote for the myostatin Q204X mutation.
Data processing After background correction and removal of flagged values, log base 2 expression ratios were normalized and scalled. This procedure is done with MADSCAN tool.
