Label protocol Samples were processed with the WT Expression Kit (Ambion, Inc., Austin, TX, USA) and GeneChip WT Terminal Labeling and Controls Kit (Affymetrix, Inc., Santa Clara, CA, USA), according to the manufacturer's instructions.
 
Hybridization protocol Samples were hybridized on the GeneChip Human Gene 1.0 ST Arrays (Affymetrix, Inc.), according to the manufacturer's instructions. Arrays were washed and stained with the GeneChip Fluidics Station 450.
Scan protocol Arrays were scanned with the GeneChip Scanner 3000, according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Description Diagnostic T-ALL sample
Data processing Arrays were normalized and expression values were obtained with the default transcript level iterPLIER algorithm of the Affymetrix Expression Console software.
