Data processing |
Affymetrix Powertools and robust multi-array average (RMA) were used for background correction, quantile normalization and summarization of the raw intensity values. RMA, statistical analyses (Student’s t-test), calculation of the fold change of intensity values and graphical illustrations were performed using R software (version 2.13.1) along with the Bioconductor software package.
