Title RNA-Seq analysis of mouse neural stem cells with or without Phf2 knockout

Summary The precise regulation of neural stem cell quiescence and activation is crucial for normal brain development and lifelong nwurogenesis. However, the mechanisms that control neural stem cell activation remains poorly understood. In this study, we investigate the role of Phf2 in this process.
 
Overall design RNA-seq analysis of neural stem cells that are derived from E13.5 wild type (Phf2f/f) control mice and conditional KO (Nestin-Cre Tg, Phf2flox/flox) mutant mice.
