Summary We compared the effect of Sphingomyelin d18:1/14:0 (S14) and Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on the gene expression in mouse macrophages at different timepoints
 
Overall design RNA-Seq analysis was performed on bone marrow-derived macrophages (isolated from B57BL/6J wild-type mice; n=4) stimulated for 3 h or 18 h with S14 or LPS or left untreated as control.
