Summary |
To identify the gene regulatory network during heart aging, we used the RNA-seq to analyze the gene expression profile difference between adult mouse heart and aging mouse heart.

Overall design |
6-8 week adult C57BL6 mouse heart ventricle and 24-26 month aged C57BL6 mouse heart ventricle were collected, mRNA profiles were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using BGIseq500 platform.
