Title |
Comparison of intestinal epithelial transcriptomes of WT and FACI-/- mice |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
CREB-H is a key transcription factor governing lipid metabolism. Faci (C11orf86) is a novel CREB-H-induced gene preferentially expressed in enterocyte. To explore its physiological function, we compared intestinal epithelial transcriptomes of WT and Faci-/- mice.

Overall design |
The total RNA from the intestinal epithelium of 4-month-old WT and Faci-/- mice (n = 3 per group) was extracted by RNAiso Plus reagent (Takara) and sent to BGI Shenzhen Genomics Institute of for RNA sequencing.
