Summary We report H3K27ac ChIP seq during time course of white preadipocyte browning from WT and HMGN1 and HMGN2 double knockout (DKO) mice .
 
Overall design H3K27ac ChIP sequencing was performed on white preadipocytes (Day 0), differentiating preadipocytes (day 3 and day 6) and brown-like adipocytes (day 9) from WT and HMGN1 and HMGN2 double knockout (DKO) mice with three replicates in each group.
