Title A cell-free pipeline for recreating methylation patterns radically enhances DNA transformation in bacteria
Organism Bifidobacterium breve
Experiment type Other
Summary We report a method for bypassing restriction modification systems to increase DNA transformation in batceria and develop a high-throughput way to determine the optimal methylation pattern for DNA transformation.

Overall design Submitted barcoded amplicons from transformed Bifidobacterium breve cells for high-throughput Amplicon EZ sequencing performed by Genewiz to determine the frequency of each barcode.
