Title |
RNA-Seq analysis of Rpl22l1-deficient murine CD4-CD-CD44-CD25+ (DN3) thymocytes |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Rpl22l1 is a highly conserved ribosomal protein paralog that plays a regulatory role in certain hematopoietic cell lineages. Rpl22l1-deficiency arrests the development of T cells at the DN3 stage. RNA-seq analysis was performed to identify the molecular basis for the arrest

|
Overall design |
Adult DN3 thymocytes were isolated from Vav-Cre- Rpl22l1fl/fl (L1 KO) and Vav-Cre+ Rpl22l1fl/fl mice (WT). Triplicate samples were lysed in Trizol. Total RNA was isolated and processed as previously described (Miyazaki et al., 2017).
