Title Transcriptome analysis of TLR2-activated Th17 cells

Summary Naïve CD4, Th17 (TGFB+IL6), Th17 (TGFb+IL6) + PAM3CSK4, and Th17 (TGFB+IL6) + biglycan samples were sequenced after 3d differentiation
 
Overall design We report RNA sequencing results for Th17 cells stimulated through the TLR2 pathway. Naïve CD4+ T cells were sorted, TCR was activated, and cells were polarized with TGFb + IL-6 in the absence or presence of 2ug/ml PAM3CSK4 or biglycan
