Title |
Transcriptional organization and regulation of the Pseudomonas putida flagellar system |
Organism |
Pseudomonas putida KT2440 |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The entire set of flagellar structural components and flagellar-specific transcriptional regulators, as well as much of the core chemotaxis machinery, is encoded into a >70 kbp cluster in Pseudomonas putida KT2440 genome. We have performed RNA-seq of the wild-type strain in order to identify operon boundaries and promoters location in this cluster.

Overall design |
3 biological replicates of wild-type P. putida KT2440 were grown to stationary phase (OD600=2) in Luria-Bertani (LB) broth at 30ºC and 180 rpm shaking.
