Title MITF perturbation in A2058 Melanoma cell lines

Summary We performed bulk RNA-seq on cultured melanoma with up- and down- regulation of the master regulator MITF in A2058 human melanoma cells.
 
Overall design Bulk RNA-Seq analysis was performed with 3 biological replicates on A2058 human melanoma cells with various treatments: overexpression of MITF, MITF siRNA mediated knockdown, an empty vector control and a scrambled siRNA control.
