Splenocytes were harvested from hCD2-Cre, Rosa26-lsl-GFP, Tcf1/Lef1 wild-type or double floxed mice, and sorted for GFP+TCRbeta+ naïve CD8+ T cells, followed by crosslinking, enzyme digestion, proximity ligation, and then HiC sequencing.
