Title Identification of required host factors for SARS-CoV-2 infection in human cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Other
Summary We performed a genome-wide CRISPR knockout screen to identify human genes required for SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Overall design Human A549-ACE2 CRISPR-Cas9 perturbed cells were infected with SARS-CoV-2 at two MOIs (0.01 and 0.3), and cells were collected for genomic DNA isolation 6 days post-infection.
