Title ChIP-seq of CREPT in intestinal crypts
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary CREPT was demonstrated as a key regulator of intestinal stem cells. To figure out the role of CREPT on transcription level, a ChIP-seq experiment was performed to identify the CREPT down-stream genes in intestinal crypt cells.

Overall design Whole sheared DNA of intestinal crypt cells were sequenced as input, and CREPT antibody pulled-down DNA sequnces were refered to input to obtain the Peak distribution.
