Title Non-templated oligo-adenylation of small RNAs in the parasite Entamoeba
Organisms Entamoeba histolytica; Entamoeba invadens
Experiment type Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing
Other
Summary we found a new population of 31nt sRNAs that results from the addition of a non-templated 3-4 adenosine nucleotides at the 3´-end of the 27nt sRNA populations. We sequenced various sRNA libraries including both total RNAs and IP-ed RNAs of EhAgo proteins.

Overall design sRNA library from size-selected (30-45nt) total RNA of E. histolytica trophozoites; from size-selected (30-45nt) total RNAs of development of E. invadens; from IP-ed RNAs of EhAgo proteins and mutant.
