Overall design |
The knockout has been performed by lentiviral CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing using a guideRNA (gRNA) directed against the VDR gene. The control cells have been created using a non-targeting gRNA (NTC). Prior to MRNA-seq, the cells were treated for 24 h with 100 nM 1,25(OH)2D3 or the solvent control (EtOH).
