Summary |
U937 cells, human lyphoma cell line, differentiate to the macrophage-like cells by the phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA). We investigated the regulation mechanisms of gene expression during the U937 differentiation by RNA-seq.

Overall design |
We cultured the U937 cells with or without 10 nM PMA. Total RNA was extracted from cells and polyA(+) RNA was concentrated by oligo-dT conjugated dynabeads. RNA-seq were performed by Ion Proton Platform.
