Overall design |
C3H/10T1/2-SAM pre-adipocytes containing dCas9-VP64 and MS2-P65-HSF1 were transfected with guide RNA taregting PPARγ or a combination of guides taregting PPARγ and YBX1 two days before differentiation start to model gain of funtion in pre-adipocytes. Transcriptome was analysed for day 0, day 2 and day 4 of differentiation.
