Title Transcriptomic profile of CTDP1 knockdown in MDA-MB-231 cells

Summary MDA-MB-231 cells with transfected lentivirus carrying shRNA (shScr, shCTDP1-#1 and shCTDP1-#2) and selected with puromycin. 1000 and 616 genes were found commonly up- and down-regulated in both shCTDP1-#1 and #2.
 
Overall design The transcriptome of each of the knockdown (shScr, shCTDP1-#1 and shCTDP1-#2) were acquired in triplicate
