Summary We provide evidence that Drosophila H3K36A and H3K36R mutant embryos as well as H3K36R mutant larvae show altered H3K36me2 and H3K27me3 ChIP-seq profiles.
 
Overall design Analyis of H3K36me2 and H3K27me3 ChIP-seq profiles and read coverage across gene bodies in H3K36A and H3K36R mutant embryos and H3K36R larvae as compared to the corresponding wild-type references.
