Summary |
RNA sequencing is applied to medial preforntal cortex (mPFC) in Df(h15q13)/+ mouse model of the 15q13.3 hemizygous deletion. The overall goal is to identify the transcriptomic signature of the 15q13.3 deletion.

RNA sequencing was performed in mPFC of 8-10 weeks male Df(h15q13)/+ mice (n=7) and wild type littermates (n=8) using BGISEQ-500 platform.
