Title |
Single cell analysis of oral mucosa basal layer cells |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The purpose of this study is to assess the cellular heterogeneity within the buccal mucosal basal layer.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Murine buccal mucosa was dissociated into a single cell suspension, and basal cells were FACS sorted based on their high level of CD104 (β4-integrin). Cells were barcoded using 10X genomics Chromium Strategy and 2 technical replicates were sequenced allowing us to look for specific sub-populations within the basal layer.
