Summary We have utilized advanced RNAi technology to dynamically restore endogenous PU.1 expression in p53-deficient AML cells.
 
Overall design RNA-seq was performed on individual clone 2 AML246 cells either untreated or treated with doxycycline for 14 days, compared with normal mouse peripheral blood neutrophils.
