Affymetrix S. pombe Tiling 1.0FR(GPL7715) Array based on a custom CDF (Sp-TMA.cdf) for Schizosaccharomyces pombe.
Identical to GPL7715 but a custom cdf environment was used to extract data. To obtain the custom CDF we filter probes present in Affymetrix S. pombe Tiling 1.0FR Array mapping against the Sanger Centre Schizosaccharomyces pombe genome annotation release of July 17, 2009.
