Description
Probes for ORFs from S. Typhimurim str. SL1344, LT2, 14028S. Design was aimed to have one probe for ORFs shorter than 200 bp and 2 probes for longer ones. Probes starting with 'm_' match multiple paralogous ORFs; probes starting with 'x_' are extras, i.e. a 3rd probe for long ORFs; probes starting with 'p_' are problem cases where no proper probe could be designed (normally due to short length of ORF).
