This array has been made from random genomic DNA fragments from R. inulinivorans A2-194. A total of 5500 individual colonies were picked from the library using a robotic colony picker and these were amplified by PCR using primers M13 forward and reverse. Approximately 5000 clones containing single inserts of 500 to 2500bp were identified and used for the array. Clones have been saved as glycerol stocks.

Description
The array has been printed in 48 blocks (4 columns and 12 rows), each block contains 324 features; 18 columns with 6 rows in triplicate at 0.20mm spacing. Mixed Arabidopsis thaliana cDNAs have been printed as landmarks in the top left corners of blocks 1,1; 1,4; 4,1; 4,4; 5,1; 5,4; 8,1; 8,4; 9,1; 9,4; 12,1 and 12,4.
