(Submitter supplied) The mechanisms that determine the efficacy or inefficacy of methotrexate in juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) are ill-defined. The objective of this study was to identify a gene expression transcriptional signature associated with poor response to MTX in patients with JIA.
