Choose this option if you want to find out which diseases are associated with a disease of interest. In the following page you will be asked to enter the disease ID and (optionally) its associated genes.

Select this option if you want to see all disease pairs that rank higher than a cutoff or have pair-wise correltions larger than a cutoff. You should enter the approriate cutoff below (choose only one). To aviod a huge output, regardless of the cutoff selected below, the pairs with similarity scores smaller than 0.0001 will not be shown.
