SRX7265078: RNA-seq of Cornus florida Cherokee Brave isolate D49 at infection time point 9
1 ILLUMINA (NextSeq 500) run: 12.2M spots, 1.8G bases, 778.6Mb downloads

Design: Using a modified Zymo Direct-zol RNA protocol (Cat#: R2052) RNA was isolated from flowering dogwood (Cornus florida) leaves which were inoculated with powdery mildew (Erysiphe pulchra) followed by clean-up using Zymo Clean and concentrator kit (Cat#: R1017). Following isolation, RNA-seq libraries were prepared using the KAPA Stranded mRNA-Seq kit (library selection: poly-A). Sequences were generated at the University of Georgia's Georgia Genomics and Bioinformatics Core (GGBC) on the Illumina NextSeq500 sequencing platform.
