show Abstracthide AbstractGut microbiota is an indispensable and important "organ" for humans and plays an important role in maintaining human physiological functions, immune regulation, nutrition and metabolism. Studies in recent years have pointed out that there is a close relationship between gut microbiota and exercise, and predicted that the interaction between exercise- gut microbiota may become a hot topic in human gut microbiota research. Previous animal experiments have shown that exercise plays a key role in affecting the richness and diversity of host gut microbiota. In addition, research on professional sports athletes has found that athletes of different sports types may have unique gut microbiota structural characteristics. Martial arts is a type of competitive sports event expressed by physical exercise in the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation. However, there are few reports on the dynamic changes of gut microbiota and their metabolites and the performance of sports skills of China martial arts athletes during short-term high-intensity sports training. This project plans to include middle and high-level routine athletes of the martial arts team of Shandong Province into the analysis to evaluate the athletic feces collected twice before and after training (before high-intensity exercise, after high-intensity exercise) during the short-term high-intensity exercise training process in autumn and winter this year, and test their gut microbiota and metabolic components.
