SRX26266945: rDNA of bacteria : bacterial community in a denitrifying bioreactor (GMS-40)
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina MiSeq) run: 80,840 spots, 48.7M bases, 24.8Mb downloads

Design: Biomass sample used for NGS was collected from a mixture of glucose, methanol, and sodium acetate-fed denitrifying bioreactor after the operation at 40 g-NaCl/L condition. The biomass was used for the genomic DNA extraction. The obtained genomic DNA was used as template for high throughput sequencing. A universal bacteria primer set (i.e., 341F and 805R) was used to construct the library.
