Design: Genome libraries for each sample were prepared using a Nextera XT DNA Library Preparation Kit (Illumina). Sensitivity assay (ThermoFisher) and their fragment lengths assessed with a DNA high sensitivity bioanalyser kit and DNA chip (Agilent). Pooled libraries were sequenced following their adjustment to the recommended molarity and sequenced with a NextSeq 500.
