Design: Fecal genomic DNA was extracted using Qiagen PowerFecal Pro. For library preparation, the V3-V4 region of 16S rDNA was amplified and index PCR was conducted with Illumina sequencing adapters using the Nextera XT Index Kit. The PCR products were cleaned up and prepared library was sequenced on Ilumina Miseq
