SRX23613520: Whole-genome sequence of Orientia tsutsugamushi str. TW-1
1 PACBIO_SMRT (Sequel) run: 1.9M spots, 5.1G bases, 1.2Gb downloads

Design: Genomic DNA was sheared using a Covaris g-TUBE and purified with AMPure PB beads for ~10 kbp libraries, and SMRTbell libraries were sequenced using a SMRT Cell 1M v3

Study: Complete genomes of Orientia tsutsugamushi strains TW-1 and TW-22 in Taiwan
show Abstracthide Abstract
This project contributes complete genomes of Orientia tsutsugamushi strains TW-1 and TW-22, which are the two most represented genotypes among clinical isolates in Taiwan. Orientia tsutsugamushi is the causative agent of scrub typhus, a chigger mite-borne rickettsial disease that is life-threatening if untreated.
Sample: Clinical isolate of Orientia tsutsugamushi str. TW-1
